Sports at Calthorpe

It’s no secret that sports and exercise are great for people’s health and wellbeing. At Calthorpe, we try to integrate exercise into all that we do. Whether it’s running around the football pitch, playing tennis, gardening or volunteering, for many at Calthorpe it’s a great way to get the heart pumping and to socialise at the same time. Our commitment to your health and fitness doesn’t stop there, we also provide healthy snacks and homemade food at our cafe from the food which is grown in our garden. If you would like to get involved in exercise at Calthorpe, we offer a range of sports and lessons on our state-of-the-art sports pitch, including tennis and football. If that’s not your cup of tea, then why not join us for a stroll around the garden, a spot of volunteering and a good natter.
